Nice site, thanks for the link! The horse gallop is incredible. And a photo by Maxwell himself...enough said.
To nitpick a bit, the entry about 35 mm film should be just about cartridges for photography - the 35mm film itself was already in use way before 1934, but for movies. That's why Barnack picked it up for the first Leica.

If the authors of the list of "firsts" don't know that 35mm film was in use long before 1934, can I trust the accuracy of the other "firsts?" After all, Barnack's Leica came into being because 35 mm film was being used pre-World War I.
