Just started using Vuescan with my Dual Scan IV & I'm having a problem figuring something out.  When I put a strip of negatives in the holder, how do I scan a single frame?  Every time I try, it scans everything on the strip.  I'm sure this is something simple I'm just overlooking.

Also, any tips on setting my this scanner in Vuescan to make sure I'm getting the most out of it?

check you settings
do a preview scan then isolate the frame you want
or
do a batch scan and you need to set up the frameline
via the settings / crop menu(ie x= 1 y=4 or vice versa)
that way you will set vuescan to scan individual frames.
