I took a couple of NFF members suggestions when I was looking for a  medium format scanner and purchased an Epson V500.  I have now scanned about 15 MF rolls and am certainly impressed with the Epson results.  I have sent several scans, via e-mail to family members, and all were wowed !!.

I think the Epsons are the best bang for the buck. I was going to get a 500 but I got the 700 at a price I could not refuse and seeing I will be moving up to LF soon... Read that after I clean house. I will need the V700. Rose is using the V700 also but many here use the V500 and 4490. I also have a 4490 and love it.

I had a 3170 but gave it to my daughter who is now getting into film.
