They're bein' uttered now... :mad:

Ok, so I diagnosed the winding problem on this: The same plastic cocking gear collar that broke on the last Karat IV I had is broken on this one, too.  Result is that when there's resistance on the cocking rack (as there is when the shutter is starting to cock), the gear slips.  Dead.

I'm trolling the Internet now for a parts guru to fix this.
