Has anyone used both of these? I've downloaded the beta for Lightroom 3, and after a playing around a bit I'm really pleased. How does Aperture compare?

I don't think Aperture works as well, but I haven't used it since Aperture 2. But already I can see that Lightroom 3 is going to be even better than Lightroom 2. The noise reduction seems very refined and doesn't obliterate detail or reduce sharpening.

Yeah, I'm really digging the Lightroom. This is the easiest color balancing I've ever done. I never could seem to get it quite right in Photoshop. Now, if only someone would by the last of my gear ... Smiley
