The rebadged Neopan 400 taken out over a few days. Developed in HC-110 dilution H. Shot in a Nikon N90s.

I like this film but I don't see it replacing my Tri-X I have a few more rolls so I will try different developers to see if it has a sweet combo but the HC-110 was just so so to me.

Larry,
Is there Legacy Pro 400 in 120 too?
I really would be interested.

Be well,

Carlos

Not at the moment as Fuji is not even making Neopan 400 in 120 for some environmental reason ... I always thought that 35mm and 120 and most others were cut from the same master reel... I think the 120 for environmental reasons is BULL stuff...

Larry - it looks vastly better than 'so so' to me.

I am thinking of ordering the Freestyle combo pack of legacy Pro 100 and 400, so I'd be interested in your analysis of it compared to Tri-X.  And the appropriate developers of course.  As you will have noticed I have come back into film using only Arista Premium 100 and 400 so far - developing in D76 diluted 1:1

thanks

Some day I will settle down too . I found it had more grain than the Tri-X but the 100 had less than Plus-X. I don't have any D-76 on hand but I will try HC-110 Dilution B next as it is closer to the D-76 1-1.

These look good to me, Larry. Cute puppy. Looks like he's going to get really big.

I like this stuff in Xtol, of course.

I bought a 100' roll of this stuff for my daughter-in-law for her birthday, and I hope she gets such nice results as Rose and Larry did.  Heck, I may have to buy myself some, too.

Thanks- I like the stuff, myself. I've tried Ilford- frankly not fond of how it turns out in Xtol. At least, for me.

Here's one with the Emarit-M I got from Jorn-

Hey Rose - love the shot of the Chevvy (?) it has it all.  And the sparkle in the fir trees with the Elmarit-M.  What Leica were you using? and what took the Chevvy?

Carlos got it- this is a Cadillac Eldorado. Not a minute after I took this, the owner got in and drove off. Yashica FX-D and the Plantar 50/1.7.

Tree shot: I was using the Nikon F3HP, actually, Dan. Got the lens and adapter both from Jorn. Cheesy

Apparently, neither Legacy Pro 400 or Neopan 400 or available any longer.  I've only seen rumbling about their discontinuation online, but Legacy Pro 400 is no longer available for purchase on Freestyle.
