Canon P and Canon fast lenses

I am happy to own and use these cameras and lenses.
The olive Canon P is a recent addition based on a trade.


Chrome P with 50mm/1.5
Olive P with 85/1.5
Black P with 35/1.5

These three lenses are not easy to find for sale.
The 35/1.5 has a so-so reputation, but it has a special character and is great. I love using it with a modern color film such as Kodak 100UC or Fuji Reala.
The 50/1.5 is a great Sonnar lens with many followers. I sold the Canon 50/1.4 but kept this lens.
The 85/1.5 is more a rarity than a practical lens to have.

Brother in  Blues? And Classic rock.. We need to talk more....  I re introduced Blues to a rap people in the 90s with the blessing from there parents.... I see it never went far.. as it was just in the trailer park I lived in at the time... "_

Blues is very special as it comes from the heart and it touches the soul.

How could I not as you love the blues or hate them.. Same as with any type of music.... I do love them and the Spirituals from the days of slavery are the reason we have what is blues today. Ant one time County music was known as blues then it became Country and blues and then just country as it told the tails of pore people and it still does but I can't find any poor performers any more who live the life of their music.

 The Blues are a music of their own but if you live on them then in the words of Mister BB King "There is no place left to go if you continue to live the Blues."

I get connected when I listen to the blues.
It makes sense that African Americans are so good at the blues.

I lucked out on a Canon P last week.


* Ignore the lens, that one is just to cover the hole :p

The film advance is so smooth and the build quality is excellent.  I especially like the film rewind mechanism, that tucked in lever is so cool.

Best thing is, now I can use my Ultron 35/1.7 with a 1:1 viewfinder.

Now here's a weird question, do you know anyone who is looking for a 50/1.2 Canon lens?
