Hey,

http://www.vossnow.net
just wanted to share this site with you guys.
This a site where ONE person, Svein Ulvund, shares his photo from my home town, and surrounding, Voss in Norway.
He posts photo almost every day, and have since 1996. He have posted over 57000 images so far.
Take a look, and get impressed. And as said, only photos by this one guy is posted, and he takes mountain trips and other trips the whole year.
Many beautiful images. =)

I'm very, very impressed both by Mr. Ulvund as a photographer and by how beautiful your home town is.

Yes, you have got to be impressed by the work he has put down in this project of his.

And yes, Voss and its surroundings is a beautiful place, but I think I have gotten a little bit immune, to me it's just plain old nature, but of course, when looking at Ulvund's pictures I do see the beauty. =)

That's it, I'm putting Voss in my travel-schedule (yeah, like I have one Smiley )
Question, what is that big ship? is it a cruise ship?

Beautiful work there, thank you for pointing that website out to me. Southern Wisconsin is a bit flatter than that Smiley but get out into the countryside and there less difference that someone might imagine.

...Question, what is that big ship? is it a cruise ship?
If the "big ship" youre thinking of is that from the last day/upload, it's "just" the ferry that crosses one of the many fjord-arms, in this case between Utne and Kvanndal. Carry all the transport from busses, trailers cars and of course people.

But if youre thinking of the one from yesterday from Flåm, in that case, yes it's a cruise-ship. Flåm is quite a busy port for cruiseships in Sognefjorden.

You are probably quite right, when I'm thinking of Winsconsin I think fo a very flat landsscape, but I'm probably quite far off.
Will have to take a month or two and drive a "chopper" trough the states on the future, a dream for me, a dream that shall come true !! Cheesy
