Good Day (and good morning to the Europeans from this side).  Very glad to see a pin'ole forum open from day 1, Craig.  Good on ya!  Now let's see if this will show ... my only hosting is on Geocities or Yahoo Briefcase.

This is a studio shot - literally, it was taken in an art workshop where I'm currently doing some volunteer work.

Otherwise it's also visible here: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3602160

The resident artist had been working on a still life the week before, so I figured I'd go back (yesterday) and take a shot of the old boot.  I made the 4x5 (documented in my pnet folders) a couple of years ago, but it's been getting a fresh spin since I picked up a bulk of cheap, outadate Ortho film.  ISO 40, btw.

I'm now half way through converting a late 20s Voigtlander Vag box and a Luxette shutter into a 6x7 pinhole.  This is real scavenging work ... I'd bought the shutterless box for it's bellows which went onto my other Vag, and picked up the wrecked, 1953 127 Luxette solely for its Cylux shutter.  I already have an adapted RB67 RFH that fits - but more of that later.

So here's to a creative future !!

Such great clarity in your pinhole shots; I assume this is another of your home-punched pinholes.  Interesting that you got a clock in the picture.  I'm very interested in images that make an explicit reference to the passage of time.  I recently experimented a bit with putting my watch on my scanner.  Got some interesting results by varying the resolution, which also slows down the scan.  The pinhole with its long exposures also offers some interesting possibilities.

Yes, it's the same pinhole.  And though I didn't write the title here, you'll guess why ... One hand in the artshop.  Subtitle: one hand, one boot.  It was a 35 minute exposure.
