Hey all,

I've recently set up a website in an attempt to sell some of my photos.  I don't have high expectations, but the question has come up a few times, and I thought I'd see how it works.

Anyway - the site is creativeobjective.com

I'd appreciate feedback on it.

Regards,
Reed

Nice site. I found it easy to navigate and your photos are displayed well.

Reed - My apologies for not commenting earlier.  The design of the website is very nice, and what you have posted of your photos are excellent.  I assume you'll be adding more from your impressive oeuvre.  May I suggest that placing some photos in mini-essays (as you've done in numerous posts on NFf) might be a good way to present?  Not to replace the way you have it now (categories), but as an adjunct -- still offering individual photos for purchase.  Have you considered allowing comments on individual photos?

Good luck with this.

Reed,

You may want to check out ImageKind.com
That website makes selling prints of your photos as an artwork painless.

I setup a gallery there, and once in a (long) while, someone would purchase a print.

On your website, a smaller type of Gallery may be beneficial as to not overwhelm visitors to your website.
