I have found that after I wash my film then give it a soak in distilled or filtered water a rapid keep the dust away and I can scan it within 10-15 minutes. Well what do I use? If you live close to a Dollar General store they sell 91% isopropyl alcohol for a buck a pint I get about 10-15 rolls before it absorbs too much water to work well. Not bad for a buck and the time it saves is worth it. It is the Rexall brand they now carry

You finally lost me Larry.  I can't interpret what you are saying here.  You've either left out something, or put in too much, I can't figure which.
