Hi, I got a very nice Tokina ATX 24-40/2.8; but it is in OM mount which is no good to me.

So I got an ugly 28-80 in PK mount and decided to switch mounts.

In principle thlens works; but one of the springs is "backwards" so it can not stay normally open as PK lenses do.
Any ideas on how to change this?

It works fine as a stop-down lens; which is OK in Pentax DSLR (AV mode) but not in the ones with the mechanical linkage as it will underexpose greatly.

LOL, it was quite easy and works fine.... I'm really fond of this lens
heavy as hell (13 or 14 elements) but takes nice pictures....
