Does anyone know how to adjust one of these things?  Mine is out of alignment both horizontally & vertically to the point of being unusable.  I thought the two screws on the back where the adjustment screws, but they don't do anything when I turn them.

I know the horizontal adjustment part. Loose the larger screw over the dial with the distance figures, adjust dial for infinity coincidence.
