Seems like an odd decision.  Why wouldn't they capitalize on the X100 and use the same size sensor?

If they introduce multiple models using the same sensor they can drive costs down, right?

Well, I'm not arguing.  I'm just confused (perpetually so, might I add). 

But yes, it is a bit funny how we've not really moved beyond that same model.
