Shot these with a Minolta X-370, Rokkor-X 50mm MD f1.4 (statics) and the action shots with a Minolta MD 70210 f4.0 zoom.
Film is Kodak Ektar 100.
This was a 1/16 mi. drag race. at a location that was one of New England's beter known drag race venues in the late 50s-early 60s.

Nice shots there Tom! Quite a variety of cars to choose from. Love going to the drags, but have only been to the Indy Nationals a time or two.

1/16 mile doesn't give you much time to get a second shot, does it Tom?  Some really fine old iron there, and some good shots to highlight them.

Wow, so many wonderful cars, but this one's my absolute favorite:

Tom, nice job!  Be sure to post the applicable ones on that "International Grille" thread, or whatever it's called now.

What a great show.  I like the older ones best.  I had a '36 Ford like this one http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=14290557, but mine was a 5-window and not chopped.  Nice photo series.
