Okay, so I'm still looking for the best pocketable P&S camera with a wide-to-tele zoom, even though I keep telling myself they just distract me from my other cameras. I had high hopes for the little Nikon, as it has a body just about the right size, given the range of the zoom lens (38-90mm). It even has a decent Macro setting, but the camera as a whole doesn't come close to the Canon Sure Shot Zoom XL when it comes to operation, and image quality. I also may be getting spoiled by my Contax and LTM lenses.

The test and review I did is somewhat long (and long-winded), so click on the link to see the results, and my ramblings about this camera.
