Here's another Canon purchased from David Murphy, which makes 3 so far (an A-1 and the IIF2 featured in the "Quadruple Test" thread are the others).  I've bought so much stuff from him that I keep asking him to contact me first, to see if I want to buy a thing, before he posts it, but he hasn't done that yet.  Smiley

I shot the pics of the camera with my AE-1 Program and an M42 lens which I also happened to buy from David: the JML Optical 28mm.  I already had the adapter to FD lens mount.  Using aperture priority and lighted with a halogen work lamp, I erred on the side of overexposure by a half-stop in most cases, and it looks as if I shouldn't have.  No worries, they're representational, not art, so they work for me.  I think I reduced the grain somewhat by developing in HC-110(H).

Pics taken with the camera include a couple of shots from Mike Kovacs's trip to San Antonio in June.  We had a really nice visit and ate lunch outdoors where we could catch all the eye candy (1st pic shown after camera pics).

See the gallery here.

That's quite a stable of Canons there, Pete.  Love that portrait of your son.

Thanks, James, it's one of my favorites, too.  He was having his pic taken with his mom's camera phone at that same moment, so his eyes were on her, which makes this such a good "candid".
