Here's another new gallery, this one devoted to my French cutie, the Boyer Photax IV-F.  Hans Kerensky in the Netherlands helped me get this one, at the same time as the Ferrania Elioflex 2 (seen in another thread).

See it here.

Very stylish. I really enjoy these camera profiles -- might it be possible to use slightly larger thumbnails, I wonder? My eyes ain't what they used to be...

Robert, immediately below the thumbnail, there's a command you can click on to see a full-size image.  See if that helps.  Thanks for your comment, I'm glad you're enjoying the profiles.

Pete,

That is a "sexy" little French shooter you have there!
I love those curved lines and the prominent lens on it. It looks like it is in great cosmetic condition and from those photos, it functions well also. Wonderful models too !
Nice work

Sleek camera, Pete.  Do I remember that some of the Photax cameras took either 620 or 120, and have been used by some to respool 120 to 620 spools?

Thanks, Charles, good to hear from you!

James, as far as I know, the Photax line was predominately 620, except for the Photax I -- this is according to Camera-wiki.org -- which took 120.

I had one of those in the Old Collection.  Never got around to shooting it though.  Nice results from it, as expected, with the capable photographer behind the lens.
