Has anyone ever heard of her or seen any of her work?  I just watched this video and I am stunned, her work is amazing.  And the legacy she left, 100,000 photos, most never seen before.  At 5:15, we get to see one of her cameras!

I first saw some of her work two years ago, after someone posted a link here or at photo.net about her.  Fascinating story and photos.

Now that's interesting.  As for how would she feel about her work becoming public after her death, I can only surmise she wasn't taking them for herself. Let the world see them.

Me too. Bit of an old story but her work is excellent.

I'd wager there are many Vivian Meyers who never got discovered and their work is in landfills now.
