Your first shot there is very Dickensian. Nice.

Very nice pics of La Belle Provence. We took a lot of the same pics, when I look at the shots I put up on flickr 5 years ago for a conference I attended there.

A very nice set! Thanks for taking us with you, looks like the perfect time to visit.
I especially like the stately doors.

Thanks for the great comments. It is an easy city to photograph, perhaps too easy. Like Mike Kovacs said, if you go there I'm sure you'll end up with the same or similar shots. (Yours will probably be better than mine.) We did, indeed, have a nice time. The people are great and the food was excellent. (I had a fantastic rabbit pie that makes me understand why Peter Rabbit (Pierre Lapin?) was so worried about Farmer McGregor.) There weren't many tourists when we were there; I'm sure it is different in the summer. There was also an exhibit (a HUGE exhibit) of Edward Steichen's photographs in the Musée des Beaux Arts ( http://www.mnba.qc.ca/Home.aspx) that was an unexpected treat. Amazing stuff.

Nice series, looks to be a lovely place.
Might be a good place to go if we choose to do a white Christmas one year.

Very nice. I've been there in the warm weather. Now I know I must get there in the winter. Digital shots, I assume?

Very nice set. Some of those shots look quite Dickensian, with the old buildings and the snow. I've been to Montreal in winter, but I think I should visit Quebec City sometime.

Brings back many fond memories - I was last there way back in 1982, but little has changed. Nice photos, thanks for sharing.
