Yashicamat LM

My Yashicamat has a small brush hair on one of the iris leaves visible through the lens. Should I leave this or attempt to clean off. I have done a few jobs on cameras in the past including repairing the crank stop. Is there a guide on here showing how to get to the iris?

If you can't see any degradation of the film image, I wouldn't worry about it. It shouldn't jam up anything either. And later on it may just break off and wind up buried deeper in the aperture blades, and you'll never see it again.
