Scott - fascinating work.  But I don't know that I would be game to eat them.  Makes me think of Chernobyl, or Fukushima!  But then I don't suppose they had bananas in either of those places, so it would be ok? ;-)

Scott,

I am impressed with your interesting effect of toning bananas and getting them digitally hot.  So much so it got me to come out of the kitchen closet with a new thread, "Red hot peppers a la kamasutra."
