I don't know what brings me to the small fishing boats, in this case in Piriapolis harbor. The little Pen D3 got some exercise after more than a year of shelf. I am learning that you can use half-frame with the Epson V600 and get usable images, but it takes patience. I'm evaluating some of these for a dyptic, what do you think?

It was very warm in the dock, fortunately there was some breeze - and nice colors. Very strong light, hard to avoid strong contrast.
Film was Kodak Gold 100 (hope they can still produce it), developed in a minilab. I did the scanning, which took me almost 3 hours for 50 frames, out of a roll of nominally 24 full frame exposures.
My Pen D3 has a neat round mark in the lens, which allowed me to get it some years ago at a very reasonable price. Fortunately the blemish does not show too much in the pictures.
Thanks for looking!
