Hey I just got this new toy still in the box I will play with it this week and see how much trouble it is worth. Ohh it cost less than 5 bucks. so if anything I have a great artifact from the U.S.S.R. it is a Vilija.auto
 BTW how can I incert a picture on my hard drive here kind people. I am but a poor country boy with limited training since i used HTML1. that was 1994

That's a rather obscure question, but I'll guess you're talking about the insertion of an image into a message, an image that's on your hard drive.

1. Upload the image somewhere, so that it has an URL. One of the various services hosting personal photo albums will do.

2. Type something like: "and here's my groovy new old camera:" click the "Img" button above the text box in which you're typing, type the URL, and click the "Img" button a second time.

I am but a poor country boy with limited training since i used HTML1.

Here you're using phpBB's preprocessor, not typing HTML directly.
