It'd be sillier if it were 35 mm and there were half a dozen microfilms available that could do a good job replacing Tech Pan.  In 120, there really is no substitute -- but it's still not worth $10 plus another $10 shipping.  Maybe that's why it has no bids?

He's been listing for months; I've never seen a bid on any of the auctions.
