Looks good from here given the size, but could seriously use a larger image. I can barely see the castle without putting my face to the monitor.

It's dark and ominous.... all you need now is some thunder and maybe an evil laugh.

Wonderful castle, what a nice setting too. I think it is the skies and the shore in the foreground that make this one. Is this a crop? (asking because of the "panoramic" format").

It is a crop form 6x9. MI5 were probably on holiday becasue there was an AmerIcan painting a picture of the place too! Since this is just off the main main road to Skye they would have difficulty keeping it secret. I think that is up at the submarine base further north. I think it is more likely to be Bonnie Prince Charlie's hideout :-)

Kin, did you click on the "all sizes" link at the upper left corner of the image?  That gets you a larger, 1024x511 version in which the castle is quite easily visible.  Still not a substitute for a 10x20 inch print in hand, but as good as we're likely to get on the web without a recrop...

I love your stuff, Andrea.  It's challenging me to find places to go shoot here, and making me really unhappy with the quality of my own B&W.  Truly beautiful shot.
