Hard to tell. Is it a product sold by Photographer's Warehouse, aka Ultrafine Online?

I've bought stock AGFA100 in bulk from them - 200' of it. I THOUGHT I read somewhere that the UF-branded was also AGFA, but I wouldn't swear to it.

As far as I know it is Agfa APX 100 and 400 the Dev times suggested are the exact same as APX. I think Craig got some recently. I had a few rolls and it acted just like APX.

Ultrafine films *used to be* rebranded Ilford, but if they're selling one that's ISO 100 instead of ISO 125, it's not Ilford any more. That pretty much leaves Efke, Foma, or Forte. Given Forte and Foma both allow rebranding by other companies, and Efke hasn't done as far as I'm aware, it's highly likely to be one of those. You could probably ask if it's made in Hungary (Forte) or Croatia (Foma), or you could compare recommended development times -- Forte requires pretty close to 50% more time for the same speed film in the same soup compared to Foma.
Interestingly, the link on Ultrafine's pages for their film development chart is broken, but if you have some, the data sheet should tell the tale. For ISO 100, if it wants about 7.5 minutes in Rodinal 1:50, it's Foma; if it wants more like 11, it's Forte.
