I've only had a little time to poke around there today but it seems like a really neat site. Plenty of tutorials (most on post processing), both PDF and video. But I think my favorite part about the site is the daily critiques.
I often have a hard time critiqueing my own work as well as other peoples. Many times I know if I like it or not but I don't know why. The daily critique is a video download (usually about 4-6 minutes) where someone gives a critique of a submitted image talking about what he likes, doesn't like, and what he would change. I'm sure everyone will have different opinions of his critiques but I for one enjoy them and find them educational in learning to "see" or evaluate pictures.
Definitely worth checking out I think.
