I just started getting Multi notifications of messages in my mail just like that other place. Is this normal from now on or was it a fluke? What i mean is that everytime someone post to a thread I get notified. even if I have not visited the thread.

Go to User CP> Edit Options > Default Thread Subscription Mode, and pick your choice- probably Do Not Subscribe- I noticed I am subscribed to several threads, too, but the default in my options was No email notification so it didn't matter...

No that is not it... it only seems to happened with 1 thread so I guess it was a fluke... Thanks though.

There's a link in the drop-down under "thread tools" that can subscribe you to a single thread -- you might have hit that by accident or mistake. Change the preference to "no e-mail notification" in the User CP and at least you won't get a fresh e-mail *every time* someone posts to that thread...
