Description Item Specifics - Film CamerasCondition: Used Up for auction is a Canon IIIa with Canon 50mm 1.8 rigid lens. The camera is in excellent mechanical condition, having been cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted in the past month by Dean's of Idaho. The shutter curtains were also replaced. This camera was built in approximately 1951, and bears the fine worksmanship and materials. This camera does not have any batteries, electronics, nor metering system. It is absolutely battery independant. While I enjoy this camera, which is superior in many ways to any new camera on the modern market, I am going to sell it and stick with my Nikon SLRs.
