Fuji Natura NeedsService

Hi, I need to send my Natura Black to be serviced/repaired. Is this possible in the USA? Any good advice is appreciated.
As you know,this camera was never sold to the USA but was limited for the Japan market. Is there a Fuji service center in the USA?

When I looked into buying one of these from an overseas dealer, all of them sent me a note informing me that Fuji USA would not work on them. Not even the dealers (two in Japan) would take the item back - I had to send it directly to Fuji-Japan if anything happened.

However, I noticed the other day that Stephen Gandy at CameraQuest is selling the camera now, and he is offering a warrantee with them, which is good as I have also heard that they are not so durable. You might check and see if this means that Gandy might also repair them for a price.

You might also check with Peter (who I think was asked to take a time out on the site a while back.) He lives in Japan. Perhaps he could be a local facilitator. Check with Craig - maybe he knows how to get in touch.
