That's a great pic, Mike. I really like the way the cloulds and the angle of the boy's head all flow in the same direction.

In terms of a "critique"... I don't think I have anything to say really. Maybe seeing a little more of what he's riding on might work? I'm assuming it's a horse or pony so maybe more of the picture isn't needed?

Aaah, it must be nice to be so young you're still invulnerable.  At no time in my life have I ever been that comfortable on the back of a horse, a condition I attibute to having never so much as stood beside a full size horse until I was 10 or 11 years old and very much aware of just how much damage half a ton of angry gelding could do...

Thanks, I was wondering if anyone was going to notice that.  I added a layer and did a gaussian blur at about 25%.
