Not a bad deal if it works well.  I have one of these that is fun to use and delivers good images.  The slow speeds on mine are shot and I think it's designed for 620.  Someone grinded out some of the bakelite on mine to permit the use of 120.

The oldest of the Brilliants might have been built for 117 -- most 117 cameras worth the expense/effort were converted to 620 later, and some to 120 (if the camera body was big enough); the spools were similar to 620 but with a 120 size core, and held 6 frames, 6x6 cm.  The 117 format disappeared in the 1930s.
