I just picked up the The Polaroid Book yesterday.  

It comes in packaging that looks like a large pack of their film; pretty cool.  The book is great.  Lots of nice photos from their archives as well as a nice story about Ed Land and finishes with brief write-ups on various models of their cameras.

Kirk, I saw this book a few weeks ago and was quite intrigued by the packaging. Thanks for the quick review. Might be worth buying, but then you almost hate to open the package.

I recently bought this book at buy.com.  I recommend it to anyone interested in polaroid photography.  I did have trouble opening it, hated to do it.  I will say there are many nudes, I keep it away from the kids,
