This is Dick & Lady, Lady on the left. I used to ride her a lot, in fact it was my job to ride her and lead Dick home after a long day in the woods, sometimes a couple of miles.
Sometimes when I tried mounting her she would gather up the slack in the seat of my bib overalls and set me down in front of her. So I would back her into a stump, then crawl up her tail. She was so wide that I would set on her neck, in front of her shoulders, till she learned to put her head down and I would slide down over her head.
She was a great horse.

I am going to put a roll through it and see what it does or doesn't do and go from there.
As soon as the weather clears I guess?

I guess it doesn't matter but this isn't a folding camera Joho, it is a 35mm ,one model before they made it a rangefinder camera.
It is too pretty of a camera for me to start messing with it and trying to lub it.
I think that I will just put a roll in it and see what happens?
   Thanks

I picked up a super clean Agfa Memar at Sali's  last week. It was on auction and I didn't look it over very close when I bid on it.
Got it home and the focusing ring wouldn't move hardly, but finally without forcing it too hard it came loose. Now it turns free from lock to lock, but it feels too free, no resistance what so ever. Is this OK ??

Fill it half full of white gas, pump it up, hold your hand over the it's nozzle ,fill the trough under it with raw gas. Light the trough while the valve is closed and let it heat the nozzle, then slowly open the valve slowly till you get the blue flame.
   Then go to work !!

On mine the shutter fires way before the button bottoms out so it sort of eliminates camera movement. also I believe  the release button being on the front helps prevent camera movement  while firing. Just my opinion is all?
I haven't used it in a long time now but think it is next on the list.  I have 3 or 4 cameras loaded with film so if weather and health will let me I should be using it soon???

I think that they have it figured out Phil, they win. It would cost more time & money to send it back than I would gain.
It will be the last thing that I will buy from them, along with the one star rating and the  complaint  that I wrote.
I was looking at some other things that I was planning on buying, and for a lot more money.
Learned a lesson on this one the hard way, but as the saying goes 'fool me once'-------------------------

Commie Camera day I am using the Kiev you sent me. :-)

I went downtown with the Zenit but didn't do any shooting. Bunch of political's getting a march/demonstration? together. Not my day.
So I went back home.

This camera gave you a lot of room for brag Julio, the pictures prove that.

Hmmmm  I think maybe the cameras are a lot smarter than me?? I have pushed about every button, but may not in the right order?
The shutter will open and close, but it takes a second or two?
BTW- I bought the adapter through Amazon. I didn't get the one pictured, I received one that was listed at a lesser cost but I paid for the more costlier one. The one that I got from them does the same job but is flat and harder to put on and remove.
Is the last time that I will use Amazon.
