Lovely.

Having no kids of my own, I'm a bit wary of snapping other's kids these days. Sad isn't it?
10  Dude, I'm Geekin' Out Over Here! / DIY-ing to Try Something New? / Monitor 616 conversion to pinhole on: November 02, 2008, 01:17:00 PM
I find that the best option is to find out what the optimum hole size is then try to get somewhere near it! I use tinfoil used for baking and poke a leetle hole wif a small needle from the inside out. Works for me.
11  Dude, I'm Geekin' Out Over Here! / Film & Darkroom / Rodinal on: October 30, 2008, 02:08:08 PM
When you change the dilutions, the agitation as well as the film you get very differing results. PAnf @ 1:100 for 20 mins is great. I sometimes use 1:200 for around 2 hurs [ish] for Panf - really smooth :-)
12  General / The Eyes Have It | W/NW / Pinholery on: October 29, 2008, 01:51:35 AM

6x6 home-made pinhole from remnants of Franka Rollfix with 6x6 mask. Pinhole poked in tin-foil. Panf in APH09. First snow of the year.
13  Dude, I'm Geekin' Out Over Here! / Film & Darkroom / How long does Rodinal keep? on: October 27, 2008, 03:15:24 PM
In this case, stick the film in rodinal 1:200 and leave for around 2 hours [ish] and whatever temp it is at and all will be fine - whatever the iso of the film.

Should be good for anly about another 30 years - or perhaps 40 years. Unopened or opened apparently. Go ahead and use it. That's just about all I use.

Andrea and Zen - yours are terrific! Andrea, were yours shot on expired B&W? What was your technique for the portrait? Stunning.

Zen, I wish I lived in a place that had such interesting "sculptures". That angel must more than a century old (and hasn't been cleaned up in that long, either).

Katie, I like the "angry duck", too, or whatever it is. Smiley

I can't see the rest because my work computer won't allow images from photobucket...sorry guys!

Pete

Shot the portrait on paper then contact printed it to fibre then sepia toned. Used a magnifying lens instead of regular lens.
The other snap was on very old Perutz expired B&W film - it has the old sort of film base.
Thanks for the comment
