Awright, pictures!
But first of all, just found out that the lens used to belong to an Agfa Standard folder from 1926 - 28.
Here are two digital snapshot of the prints (too lazy to scan):

Here we see the typical swirly/softie corners and center sharpness of the lens this vintage.

Here is the one that I did some focal plane adjustment to keep the stick in focus from top to bottom. Also, I like the super creamy background.
So I'm happy to report that the experiment is a success (at least from my perspective).
