Major Black, welcome to the forum!

I am very sorry but no LA for Olga this time -- she is moving now to New Mexico and then she is scheduled to go to Canada and beyond. It is past the date for US players.

R-brian, we are all anxiosly waiting. Good shooting!

As of late Saturday night, still no Olga.  I have Monday the 26th off so that looks like the day I've got to shoot, contingent she shows up this week.

R-brian,  8-day Olga could stay a few extra days in NM if you need them because of the holidays.  Rules allow for that.

If you happen to need a few more days than the regulation 8-day period, just remember, as soon as you receive Olga, to post here the date you expect to ship Olga to the next player. We'll all understand.

I fear that Olga may be delayed in the Christmas packet rush - let us wait and see.

I mailed Olga next day priority so, with the Christmas rush, you should be getting the camera a week rom Friday. Smiley  Actually, it should be getting there soon.

Andrea, Please keep me informed of Hal's progress.  I would like to be on that list as well.

Good luck and thank you all.

I told you it was cold here.  I actually walked out onto the creek to take these pictures risking getting my feet wet in the process.  The creeks here (the locals pronounce them cricks) usually don't freeze over but this year has been colder than most years.  It sure makes for some pretty pictures though.  At least I think so.

The middle of Catherine Creek.

A die hard.  This guy really likes to fish.

I love ice pics.  Nature forms the best shapes.

The next are two mountain shots where my son and I went to cut our christmas tree.

With stump.

Isaac Bunyan, Paul's smaller brother.

One in color, indoors to keep my son humble after the last cool pick of him.  He came out of this with red highlights, a crush on the beautician, and severe embarassment from his dad taking pictures of him while he was there.

I had great fun with the Fed 2.  I used the lens supplied as I had sent my other two off for repair.  The film was a roll of fuji color, some ultrafine bulk film, and a roll of kodak black-and-white c-41 process to save time. Thank you for letting me participate.

Mike,

This one is for you.  I wish I had a better pic of her but I was shooting from the hip so that my wife wouldn't notice.  She would slap the silly grin off of my face.  My son who is eight got all tongue tied and red in the face every time she came around.  Hum...I guess I was the same way.  My dad wasn't there to embarrass me though.  Thanks for looking.

Nice photos.  I like the guy fishing, simple, effecient composition.  The guy situated in the upper corner fishing INTO the photo.  Works really well.  Also like the shot of your son.  The upward angle really works.

I forgot to add the photo of me with the camera.  The ironic thing is that I had my wife take this as a sort of joke.  The photographer behind the camera is very cliched and I like to see more than half of someones face.  This happens to be the only photo that turned out, so the joke is on me.

Thanks again for looking all and thanks for the kind words.
