I like this one  the most. Nice series!

Good use of OOF throughout, although on some images there are white areas or blotches that distract in the background. I wonder, is this the original OOF or has it been altered by sharpening? It looks a bit unnatural to me.

I feel that the attractive of these images lies most in the texture and color contrasts of the angel images and the fllowers, collars, etc. hanged around. I mean, strong colors, soft texture vs. grey stone. The OOF is important to isolate the subject and give a 3D feel.

Maybe a closeup of those collars or flowers, including a recognizeable feature of the angels such as a hand or wing, could be a hit.  I believe you could try that with just a normal lens and an extension tube or a diopter.

The girl is perfect, you see her extended hand that adds to the grace of the pose, holding her head down in modesty. The beads, regardless of monetary worth,  elevates and separates this monument from others in the cemetery.

I love the angle of the girl, but feel the high contrast of the tree and sky, on the right, steal the attention away from the main attraction, the charming  girl in stone.

Added note: Larry, I didn't realize you were asking for a crit on the whole series. I thought the review was only for the photo shown at top of this thread. My comments were only directed to one.

That's exactly what I was thinking, too!  Or if you had a Lens Baby it would be the perfect opportunity to use it on the hand of this young lady:

She's really lovely.

And what Holga pics she would give you, too!

A nice cemetery Larry, thanks for sharing.
