Kinzua Viaduct in North Central PA a couple of years after being "smashed to smithereens" by tornado.  Taken with VivitarUltraWide and Slim..... hence the digit and vignetting.

Great Shot Gerry!

Gerry, that is a great shot!  Desktop wallpaper candidate for sure!

This is more of a road to nowhere (middle of Wyoming, in fact), but it has culverts on it, if that counts.

Who shall tempt with wand'ring feet
The dark unbottomed   infinite abyss
And through the   palpable obscure find out
His uncouth way, or   spread his aery flight
Upborne with   indefatigable wings
Over the vast   abrupt, ere he arrive
The happy isle.

No bridge shot, at least that I can recall. I am just so impressed by these. Great shot and great idea, Gerry!

Thanks to all for the kind comments.

rentavet; now that is just scary.

Don Day; wow, talk about wide open space!

Hi Rose; the theme seemed fitting, considering the current political scenario.

Julio1fer; this bridge is located at Newport, Oregon, Hiway 101 on the U.S. Pacific coast.  That is the main north/south U.S. coastal route. It spans the estuary, Yaquina Bay, a port used by the commercial fishing fleet and NOAA research vessels.

You ain't goin' nowhere on this bridge.

Prague Special Police blocking the bridge that leads to the Convention Center where NATO was meeting in 2002 (I think.) One of these days I'll rescan these at greater than Fuji Quicklab resolution.
