So, I didn't tell all ya'll about this one, since the last two jobs I announced here didn't pan out. This time, I got a paid wedding gig, and although it was called off once, the couple ended up getting hitched. Silly kids.

Anyway, I'm busy processing the 500-some shots I took, all in RAW. What a pain! I had some fun that night, but I don't know if it's something I'd do as a job. It's a lot of work, not a whole lot of pay.

Anyway, here's a quick shot I took before the shebang got under way.

More to come as I work...

Interesting shot, I'm looking forward to seeing some more.

I too covered a couple weddings to see what it would be like and I think we came to the same conclusion.  It's a little bit of fun a whole lot of work and I didn't make much either.  For me it was too fast paced and a lot of stress on myself to get all the "right" shots the couple wanted.  I had more fun photographing the "environment" than the couples usually.

I did a couple of weddings when I lived in Florida.  Not the way I want to make a living.  Screw up and you're the goat.  I worked with a photographer down there that that's all he did.  So people just have the knack for it.  And all this was done on that old fashion stuff called film.

Gorgeous, Erich!   Very creative and a great photo to boot, the happy couple should be very, very happy with your work.

I wish I knew you when I was getting married, we could have used a decent photog!
