Don't forget Australia! Yeah, I don't know why I chose to put things in this order, but it did seem right at the time. If we keep the camera moving, I think that we will get it back this summer or fall and should have some great opportunities for pics. I hope all is well.

Okay, USA last -- that's cool, I won't have to worry about being last in the USA and paying to ship to someplace that took months just to get to less than a century ago.
Hopefully, I won't have to change my address before it's my turn (I keep saying I'm done with moving, but my wife never seems to believe me).

I just wanted to update everyone on the progress of Hagar The Horrible so that folks didn't lose interest or patience. First, Mike Kovaks is doing Yeoman's work with the camera. Thank you Mike. The first Viking I sent him had too many holes in the bellows to count. Apparantly, I do not have that discerning of an eye. Anyway, Mike is taking a few shots now with it and is waiting the second Viking I sent him. the good thing is, I got to send a flash attachment with it, so get those bulbs ready. I sent the second camera air priority to Canada, so it should be arriving shortly. I had to take out a mortage on the house to pay for the shipping, but wanted the first leg to start off right. The list seems to be complete, as requests have stopped. I will leave it open until Mike is done with the camera. Get your Viking hats, breastplates, and swords out and lets be ready. Mike

I'm developing the finished roll of HP5+ tonight I hope. Won't be able to scan until next week though. Also, myself and the girls have a little something special planned for the SP with the camera.
I think its light tight now but the patching is on so thick I won't dare collapse the bellows. This first one is too risky to send out and have people come back with light leaks on their films IMO.
That is, unless someone has a spare 6x9 bellows to donate that will fit!

I'm going to give "mitspooner" Hagar #1 if my negs look light tight and he promises to baby it. Will send the second one out to Toronto as soon as its declared fit.

I'd love to join in if it's not too late, but if there are already enough participants that's fine. I'm in Australia so I could slot in after John R maybe?
My father-in-law is a Viking (well he's a Dane), so does that help to qualify me?
Cheers Wayne

Sinc emy father-in-law flies the Danish flag in his yard, and yours is Danish, you are in. Actually, it is good to have you. I was hoping for another Aussie before it was all over. Please e-mail me your mailing info so I can get it all together. Thanks for joining.

Ole,
You and me both, amigo. Spread the word to neighbors and friends and we will add them. (Spoken with almost religious zeal.)

Welcome to the group. Please e-mail me your contact information so that I can add you to the list. This should be a good group of images to come out of this.

I just added David Richert to the list, but it might be a while before he gets to see the camera. Welcome to all the new faces.
I have been asked by more than one member to not publish personal addresses to everyone, so the person that has the camera can contact me or the next person in line for mailing info. Ihope this works for everyone, but I feel we need to respect the privacy of everyone.
Thank you so much again for participating.

Hagar's visit here in Victoria is done .... by the look of the list he should be off to Phillip. Can anyone provide Phillip's email address so I can arrange to get Hagar shipped off? My film's are in being processed and should be back later today or tomorrow ... Hagar is a fun old camera to use! dan
