Hey, if anybody goes I'd appreciate it (if you're willing) if you'd text me pictures while you're there, if you see anything you think I might like.  Box cameras, folders, flashbulbs, expired film (620, 120, 35mm), etc.  Anybody?  I'll send you my cell number.  Smiley

Tadas, I'll plan on being there.  Means getting up awfully early on a Sunday.  Maybe we can get James, Reed, and Grizzz to come along.

Just figured out the budget isn't going to allow for spending $100 on gas just to get there, so I'll have to back out.  For a consolation though, there is a PPA of Virginia convention this wekend in Roanoke, and it's open to the public on Sunday.  KEH is supposed to be there, so I guess there will be sellers also.  Maybe when the weather is better, and I can plan ahead a bit, we can get together for a day of just photography.

I may or may not go -- Metro will be single-tracking and the bus to the venue is only hourly. If I go, I will be wearing a tan baseball cap from the National Postal Museum.

I went, no cell phone camera...

Picked up a 5cm f3.5 tessar "T" for $10, a coated Karat-Xenar 5cm F2.8 for $30, and a Black Argus/Cosina STL1000 for $20. Not as many dealers as in the past, but well worth it.

Man, I miss getting to the Photorama.  If it wasn't such a long haul for one day.  Always found something good there, whether it was something needed, or something I didn't know existed.  Good shopping there, Brian.  Wasn't much at the PPA show, as it was mostly geared to the portrait studio types, but I did manage to pick up a nice medium ballhead, and a small soft-box for a flash.
