No complaints here either, just pointing out something that is different or missing.  When I first joined the forum, I remember being put on probationary status, and that later on would be upgraded to full membership.  Then something happened with the forum, CE had to do some work-arounds which meant he would not be making any other changes, and I never did get upgraded.  So I was limited to about six emoticons.  But now I have all sixteen of them, and I consider that an improvement.  And the birthday notification thing was nice, but if it's not in the works anymore, I'm not loosing sleep over it.  Maybe we can all just post a self portrait on our birthday.  I know that would make Les happy.

Hi everybody, I missed you!  Thanks, Craigsie, for getting us all back together again!  My home 'puter's on the fritz and I'm relying heavily on my work computer for e-mails and NFf and such (flickr's in error mode, probably because we're using an outdated browser, but I can't change it myself), so I went the whole weekend not knowing that things were back on line.  And I'd stopped checking on things last week, so I didn't know that we were back in bidness until today.  ::dance of joy::

No errors - but I used to see a list of the latest 10 or so posts at the bottom of the main page.  It was a great snapshot of the most recent activity (e.g you could see form there that there'd only been, say, two new posts that day).
Any ideas how to get it back?  Or was that a non-OEM feature?

I, too, miss the list of 10 new posts at the bottom of the home page (the list of posts, not the content of the messages).  Any chance of getting it back?

Not to mention the "go down" and "go up" features on the thread pages, which made things more convenient -- 'twould be nice, methinks, to have them back as well.

I'm getting an error page when I try and log in - tells me that admin has disabled my php settings!

http://nelsonfoto.com/SMF/index.php?PHPSESSID=mhpi39n665fdbhcfap616790q7;

If I click on "show all new posts since last login" I become logged in and get the "hello Graham Serretta" message.

Something is still amiss....

I got the same thing, but just did a "Back Page", and retyped my password.  Got right in.
